THE PROGRAM - STEPS AND CONTENT

Swing Assessment (60 mins)
A video of your swing in motion is taken at the start of the session. Using a holistic approach to your golf game, I will give you a deep analysis into the anatomy of your swing. We will go through your swing from your neck all the way down to your feet, to see what each body part is doing and how this is contributing or harming your overall swing. We look at your unique body type, your standing posture, your range of motion, your setup, hand position, Driver Swing, Iron Swing, Wedges & Putting. We will also study your swing speed with the Driver where on the club face you hit the ball. At the end of this 1-2-1 session, we will re-record your swing on video after all these adjustments. I will also give you a detailed debrief for your optimal swing and the points to look out for which you can refer to. You will then be emailed both videos to see your before and after, which you can use to check point by point, to make sure your future swings are optimal for you.

10 x 60 minute Lessons on Driver-irons-wedges-Putting:
After we have analysed your assessment feedback we will make a plan on how we will spend every lesson and what time we allocate to every part of your game. 

A follow up plan after every lesson will be sent to you which includes:

Learning objectives of the lesson
Key concepts and Skills covered
Activities or drills to practice those skills
Assessment or evaluation methods to measure progress

Included in the lesson program will be:

Learn to Find The FairWay from The Tee
Hit The Driver Dead Center In the middle of the club face
Strike your irons dead centre in the middle of the club face
Learn a shot shape and master it with your irons
Master a 50m Shot
Get up and down around the greens
Bunkers, out every time
Learn to successfully read any green anywhere with Aimpoint Express green reading.
Short Putts & Lag Putting
How to Practice/Play and spend your time

4 x 9 holes on Nordhaug GK (approx 90 mins)
Regularly visits to  the golf course to check your progress, talk strategy, mental skills, how to score and find the optimum approach so that you can can reach your goals out on the links!

Trackman
The TrackMan is a device that uses Doppler Radar to monitor the launch of a golf ball. It is set up behind the golfer and is roughly the size of a laptop. With each swing, it measures every aspect of the club movement, the trajectory of the ball, and it’s landing. It is equipped with a video camera so golfers can watch themselves while looking at information about their swing.[3] Rather than calculating its projectile motion from initial launch parameters, it can track the entire flight of the ball from the moment of impact to the point where the ball comes to rest

Trackman will be used in all lessons in the studio at the range.  We will use Trackman wisely to look at your club delivery and ball flights and analyse what we need to do to improve your skills.
